如果你像愚者一樣，老愛玩一些有的沒的，但沒有自己的server又不願意花錢買網路硬碟空間，那你八成也曾像愚者一樣，冒著可能收到垃圾信或病毒的危險，試著四處登記申請網路上那些所謂的免費空間，一定也遇過不少如：空間免費但Domain要收費，限制只能上傳小小的檔案，免費1個月，只有局部地區能瀏覽你的網頁，POP-UP或橫幅廣告，超慢速度，超低流量等等這類囉哩吧嗦有條件的免費，導致最後鍛羽而歸。
半夜又睡不著的愚者，到處逛網站廣告，不小心逛到了個令人心動的免費空間，Omnilect，提供2GB無廣告的免費網頁空間
心動馬上行動的愚者，當場就申請了一個來玩玩，申請程序簡單不囉唆，連你的mail都不想問。以下是愚者目前的使用心得：
Mail 介面簡單明瞭，上頭有個升級廣告但至不影響使用，還有一個行事曆的功能。
Blog Service 需要進一步填寫一些資料，猜測是網站名稱，描述...之類的，愚者沒有心力再經營一個Blog所以還沒申請管理者介面是plog，因為太好奇了，忍不住還是去申請了=_=，預設只有一組模版，愚者還沒搞懂要怎麼改；可選擇中文或其他語言的管理介面；目前無廣告有迴響，引用，分類，連結，rss，atom，資料夾等功能，算是一個功能很齊值得推薦的Blog Hosting，唯可惜blog網址是一個無意義的編號，應該與Omnilect有販賣和管理domain有關...(總是要給一點購買動機嘛...)
Web Hosting 這部份就比較玩味了...愚者試著上傳了一些swf音樂檔，上傳速度還算快，但似乎還不太穩定，雖號稱單次上傳檔案可大至20MB，但上傳失敗的機率頗高，尤其是大於2MB的檔案目前沒有成功過，不是上傳後卻看不見，就是只出現了1.5MB左右的音樂片段=_=，根據他們FAQ的說法，是我們使用者這方面的問題。愚者的網路是出了名的問題多，所以這部分可能得等待其他人的測試後再來證實了。網頁資料讀取部分算是正常。P.S.今天成功上傳4MB嘍！^_^
Message Groups 這個fourm介面陽春，目前是冷冷清清，最早的post出現在9月18日，因此愚者推測這整個網站和服務都差不多是這時候誕生的，現在已登記的使用者應該還不多。
Google上目前只有132條關於Omnilect的消息而且都是9月的消息，而關於它的後台Transtelligent，愚者孤陋寡聞加上懶得讀英文，愚者對他也一無所知。所以這個空間穩嗎？未來它會如何？這種好康會不會繼續？愚者完全不得而知，愚者只能不負責任的說Omnilect是個申請不囉唆，提供2GB無廣告的免費網頁空間

Funny. I thought I was the only one that knew they were using plog for the blogs at Omnilect. Well I know why there is no customization now. Whatever you customize to one goes to all. I have PLog as two journals on my domain. And I had to pick one color.
Well, maybe it(Onmilect)will get better as time goes by.
One question. Why did you say they lied? Maybe I missed something in the forums.

Actually, I didn't really say they lied, literally...I was questioning if anyone successfully upload a 20-mb-file, as they(Onmilect) claim...beacuse I've tried for days, and I never succeed. Have you?
So far, I could only get a-5MB-file upload, the maximum.
Seeing form their FAQ, it seems to be our side of problem....I doubt...because I haven't heard any one has succeeded.
Since you are in Internet business, do you happen to know how to adjust IE so we can upload a-20MB-file? :P
Nope. I have a translator. And a it sorta works. I get general ideas of messages. maybe the translator flubbed or read something and input lied. dunno. And nope I cant get anything over 2.2 megs to load. So I stopped trying. and since I cant do any customization on the blog... its kinda useless. thats why I decided to host my own.

Really? 2.2MB? well, it seems my 5mb is the bast record i 've collected so far.
