It used to be the Wu Chang Temple.
At the earthquake of September, 21, 1999, it crashed down. A 2 floors bulding remained only the roof.
The icon of Mr. Wu Chang(武昌君) inside the temple was fine, though. After 921, it was moved across street.
Now, people are trying to build a new temple at new location.
As for the old temple, plople keep it as the look of the night of 921 after the earthquake, and made it as a 921 memorial.
Who is the guy in red? Oh, that's my Dad.
